Important Appointment Information
If this is your first visit to PMAC, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete our new patient registration forms and have your confidential photos taken for your file.
Appointment Reminders
- 72 hours before your appointment: You will receive a reminder email.
- 24 hours before your appointment: You will receive a text asking you to confirm.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of your appointment.
- You may reschedule your appointment online at any time without penalty if it is more than 48 hours before your appointment. Your deposit will remain with your booking. You can do so here: 🔗 PMAC Online Bookings
- Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, including for reasons of illness or misadventure.
- Cancellations outside of 48 hours will result in your booking fee being transferred as a credit to your file. This credit expires after 6 months and can be used toward any future service or product purchase.

We are a small business with staff costs, and appointment cancellations impact our team. If you forfeit your deposit, please know that it helps cover the time our clinicians were rostered to provide your treatment.
